Jyoti Gulare is 30 years old and from Gulbarga, Karnataka. A single mother with a four-year-old daughter, she became the sole breadwinner while working two shifts across two hospitals. Harshad Raut, 23, grew up in East Pune with parents working as society housekeepers and began doing odd jobs from age 15. During his Susrusha traineeship, his dedication earned employer recognition and a best-employer award. He aspires to pursue a full-time nursing career after completing his graduation.
